How do I purchase a Premium Campaign?

Premium Campaigns unlock unique, permanent cosmetic rewards for completing the Campaign. To complete the Campaign, you must connect the first quest in the campaign to the final campaign. This is a “quest line” of usually 6 quests. You can see the progress of the campaign by the progress note on the bottom right of the campaign.

To purchase a Premium Campaign, hit P on your keyboard while viewing the campaign in its detail view or go to the Shop by clicking the Shop button at the bottom middle of the main menu.

Premium Campaigns cost Dragon Teeth, which are Eldegarde’s premium currency.

How do I unlock the Premium Cosmetics for the Premium Campaign?

To unlock the premium cosmetics for the campaign you must complete the campaign. To do this, you must connect the first quest in the campaign to the final campaign. Is there a reward for completing all quests in the Campaign?

There is currently no reward for completing every quest in the campaign (even those not in the main questline), but we are planning additional rewards for a “blackout” of the entire Campaign for a future update.

Can I earn progress for quest objectives for quests out of order in the Campaign?

Yes, you can complete quest criteria for quests anywhere in the campaign at any time.

Is Campaign progress reset during a Seasonal Wipe?

Yes, campaign progress is wiped during a seasonal wipe. However, Premium Campaign rewards earned during a Season are not wiped. This means if you earned a Warbanner or Weapon skin during a season, you keep those rewards forever in your collection.

After a wipe, you can also redo the Campaign to earn the “free’ rewards again, including experience. We suggest you always work on an active campaign while playing Eldegarde to optimize your playtime.

How do I earn Stepstones to complete the Campaign?

Stepstones are earned by leveling up any Character or Vendor.

• Characters Stepstones drop every 2 levels starting at level 2 for Characters (so at level 2, 4, 6 etc). Note that this change is not retroactive for players who have progressed past level 2 already.

• Vendors grant players a Stepstone at every level (so level 1, 2, 3 etc). Note that this change is not retroactive.

Why can’t I complete quests in my Campaign yet even if I completed all criteria?

Quests in the Campaign must be completed in order from left to right. This means that in order to complete a quest, the previous quest in the campaign quest line must be completed. You can tell which quests have been completed because they will glow in a gold color.

Don’t worry — once you reach the quest you completed criteria for in the questline, you will be able to Complete it and earn the rewards.
