Gemmed Blue weapons Not calculating the desired +Stat% socketed.

as the title states…

often times im forced to unequip and then re-equip the weapon to activate the desired +Stat% gem.

    Hi! Thanks for the report.
    Did you notice, by any chance, whether this behaviour persists throughout an adventure, or Hub only?
