Just purchased the premium, all of the items automatically were inside my stash, they’re small only take up 1 square per item. Check your stash for them
Completed all the Quest then bought the Premium Pack but cant claim/get the rewards not even the purple Chest.

@pts_miracle Could you try two things: - Logout then log back in, and check if they’re there - See if you have any inventory items (they’ll be a 1X1) for the cosmetic item.
Both of these are still bugs, but could be a workaround here. Sorry about that.

@Chris Kaleiki Hay i tired to log in an out- nothing there
Also checked all of my stash tabs ( can provied screenshots if needed) and there is no 1×1 item/s.
Comsmetics are still locked like in my screenshots.
Also did the same with the Priest campaing and it worked there. I completed the questes and then purchesed the premium pack. All the cosmetics were in my stash.

Campaign Complete but Cosmetics locked
